Millward Lineage

According to PlacesNamed.com, "Millward" is the 20,080th most popular last name in the U. S.

My husband's paternal grandfather's mother was Lizzie Mae Millward (1880-1941). She married George Olds Whipple (1880-1927) in 1906. Lawrence Millward Whipple (b. 1912), holds the charming custom of giving a child the mother's maiden name as a middle name.
